Lead design-build delivery for large-scale rail and transit projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, scope, commercial performance, pursuit strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. Support design delivery for large roadway projects by performing engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, surveys, and designs. Coordinate MOT with roadway, structures, and drainage disciplines and assist in preparing technical reports and constructability assessments under senior engineer supervision.

Analyze large network datasets and packet/binary data to extract actionable intelligence. Perform protocol and device reverse engineering, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver timely insights to support mission objectives.

Design and produce traffic engineering plans and reports, including signal design, signing, striping, lighting, traffic control, and quantity tabulation. Perform corridor studies, traffic impact studies, alternative intersection design, and operational analyses. Support other engineering tasks and implement QA/QC per Parsons quality management plans.

Design and execute test plans and automation for software, hardware, and systems. Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts, identify and triage defects, improve reliability and scalability, and produce documentation and reports to support mission-critical systems.

Perform roadway design and analysis for large transportation projects, deliver calculations, drawings, reports, and procurement documents, support multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance, and develop skills to lead future project development.

Support hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and drainage design for major interstate projects. Prepare and review drainage reports, calculations, layouts, and plans. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate stormwater management/BMPs for NEPA compliance, assist responses to DOT/FHWA comments, and support quantity estimates and cost documentation while working in a hybrid office environment.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and drainage design for major roadway projects. Prepare drainage reports, designs, and calculations to DOT/FHWA standards; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support environmental compliance, cost estimating, and responses to stakeholder review comments while working in a hybrid model.

Perform field investigations and design for roadway/highway projects including grading, drainage, utilities, work zone traffic control, and green infrastructure. Develop civil/highway plans, profiles, sections, and details using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation. Prepare reports, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents. Support multi-disciplinary design teams and other engineering activities for regional infrastructure and design-build projects.

Develop Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans, temporary traffic control layouts, staging, sequencing, and detour plans for large roadway and bridge projects. Perform work zone capacity, queuing, and operational assessments, ensure compliance with MUTCD and state DOT standards, support design-build pursuits, review contractor MOT submittals, mentor junior staff, and contribute to technical reports and quality control documentation.

Perform reverse engineering and embedded development for vulnerability research and Computer Network Operations. Design low-level and OS software protection tools, review system architecture, debug and test, expand customer capabilities, participate in rapid development cycles, and collaborate in Agile teams while mentoring others.

Support delivery of transmission, distribution, and grid modernization capital projects by coordinating schedules, costs, governance, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and PMO-aligned documentation to help Project Managers deliver projects on time and on budget.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of FAA electronic systems (NAVAIDs, communications, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow safety and FAA procedures, and support field site activities nationwide.
