Conducts leasehold and mineral title due diligence across multiple basins, researching courthouse records, chain of title, ownership, liens, leases, and title defects. Prepares runsheets and reports, verifies HBP status and lease terms, reviews conveyance documents, cross-references GIS and plat data, and communicates findings to project leads and clients while managing deadlines independently.

Perform title landman duties including in-house title work for multiple wells ahead of rig schedules, post-acquisition data integration, frequent regional travel, and strong interpersonal and teamwork coordination. Requires 2+ years title landman experience in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

Lead title research and curative work for oil and gas properties across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Prepare runsheets, ownership reports, and title opinions; draft and negotiate leases and land contracts; resolve title defects; manage client relationships; mentor junior landmen; deliver due diligence and acquisition/divestiture packages; maintain organized project files and stay current on state law and industry standards.
