Lead complex enterprise restaurant technology onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Own implementation plans, timelines, risks, integrations, menu configuration, channel validation, stakeholder communication, and customer relationships. Partner with Product and Engineering on dependencies, improve onboarding processes and documentation, use AI tools to streamline planning and reporting, and mentor onboarding professionals. The role focuses on digital ordering implementations across first-party and third-party channels for multi-location restaurant customers.

Own technical relationships with strategic clients from scoping through implementation and ongoing support. Translate complex technical concepts, resolve integration issues, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Build and optimize Python and SQL data pipelines using AWS services, troubleshoot distributed systems, document solutions, and support client roadmaps. The role also applies AI tools to accelerate documentation, troubleshooting, and code review.

Drives new business growth for PAR’s unified commerce solutions among mid-market and SMB restaurant operators. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, executive relationship building, regional campaign development, competitive research, pipeline and forecast management, KYC maintenance, and CRM administration. The role partners with sales engineering, solution architecture, marketing, and service teams, and requires travel up to 50%.
