Teams at Paires

Build and manage relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angel investors, and other direct investors. Grow the investor network, understand investor preferences and commitment readiness, match investors with suitable private-company opportunities, and maintain ongoing engagement. The role requires personally developed investor relationships, experience converting an investor relationship into a direct private-round investment, strong discretion, and daily use of AI tools. The position is fully remote and includes a base salary plus commission.

Own Pairs’ brand strategy, positioning, voice, visual identity, editorial output, social channels, newsletters, reports, and video content. Create and publish written content, repurpose founder and investor interviews, direct and edit story shoots, manage brand perception, and build a team over time. The role reports directly to the co-founders and operates fully remotely in an asynchronous environment.

Research venture-backed companies, sectors, and investors; assess market timing, deal fit, and investment risks; and communicate findings through clear memos, articles, newsletters, and social content. The intern will write for family offices, founders, and investors, work directly with the co-founders, apply sound judgment when using AI, and may grow into a full-time role.
