Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across pension risk transfer, defined contribution lifetime income, stable value, and emerging businesses. Establishes priorities, evaluates marketing effectiveness, defines KPIs, and evolves strategy based on market developments and business results.

Leads Pacific Life’s multi-year Operations Technology Transformation, defining technical strategy, architecture, and execution across digitization, automation, AI, FAST, IVR, and GenAI workstreams. Partners with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes, oversees engineering teams, roadmaps, PI planning, agile and DevOps delivery, and architectural decisions. Builds high-performing internal and contractor teams, supports talent development, and coordinates workforce planning, vendor partnerships, and integration with business-as-usual technology teams.
