Measure and improve funnel volume, quality, and speed; partner with engineers to productionize successful prototypes.

The Head of Membership will scale Pacaso's private home exchange network by managing partnerships, conducting vetting calls with homeowners, and implementing AI-driven workflows to deliver quality home activations.
