Lead Counsel supporting APAC and Americas commercial and marketing teams. Responsibilities include negotiating complex sales, partnership, licensing, retail, distribution, e-commerce, and data-sharing agreements; advising on advertising, consumer protection, competition, privacy, and regulatory issues; developing scalable legal processes; managing outside counsel; and advising senior executives across multiple markets.

Manages go-to-market FP&A, including hardware revenue forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial narrative development. Partners with marketing, commercial, supply chain, demand planning, accounting, finance systems, and data teams to support revenue strategy and executive decision-making. Leads forecasting model development, reporting processes, tool implementation, and monthly close activities while communicating insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Owns the end-to-end revenue accounting lifecycle for commercial partnerships, from deal structuring and contract review through launch, operational execution, reconciliations, journal entries, close, and audit support. Applies ASC 606 to complex arrangements, establishes scalable accounting controls and processes, advises leadership, and partners with Legal, Partnerships, Product, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and Engineering to improve quote-to-cash operations and partnership readiness.
