Lead design, development, integration, and certification of propulsion systems (engines, FADECs, inlets, exhausts, heat exchangers). Define requirements, perform trade studies, oversee supplier integration, manage CAD/PLM definitions, lead testing and certification to FAR Part 23/25, produce safety analyses and compliance documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves designing and developing Flight Control Systems, coordinating with vendors, defining interfaces, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements. Leadership and mentorship of junior engineers is also expected.

Lead and build logistics operations for an aerospace development program: design transportation networks, warehousing, inventory control, global trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), manage LSP contracts, implement digital visibility tools, align logistics with production, and grow a team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
