Launch Oscilar’s international growth engine across LATAM and EMEA from zero. Own outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, regional events, webinars, partnerships, market research, localized messaging, landing pages, budgets, and pipeline reporting. Partner with Sales and leadership to build account strategies, test channels, generate regional pipeline, and create a repeatable market expansion playbook.

The Growth Engineer will build and manage systems for GTM data, revenue automation, and personalization, impacting customer acquisition and revenue growth through scalable engineering solutions.
