Lead design and redesign of internal platforms and tools: conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, UX maps, and maintain design systems in Figma. Mentor junior designers, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure design consistency, and provide developer-ready handoffs and documentation.

Own and architect the enterprise GitHub platform: define standards, security and control models, GitHub-native workflows, and enable developer productivity. Govern pipeline-based security (SAST/DAST/SCA), secrets protection, and audit-ready controls; partner with Security, Risk, and Operations to drive platform improvements and transition from Azure DevOps.

Design and maintain internal digital platforms and design systems. Lead UX research, create personas, journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed handoffs. Mentor junior designers, run stakeholder design sessions, and ensure consistency across products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
