Inbound remote sales role selling Medicare products: answer calls, assess needs, explain product differences, complete phone enrollments, document interactions in multiple systems, meet performance and licensure requirements, and complete required training and certifications.

Manage an assigned book of business, maintain client and broker relationships, drive renewal persistency and upsell medical and ancillary products, support finalist sales presentations and onboarding, and meet revenue and retention targets while coordinating internally to implement client benefits.

Provide and coordinate nursing care in patients' homes, including comprehensive assessments (OASIS, med reconciliation), care planning, supervising aides/LPNs, documentation, physician communication, orientation/precepting, quality improvement, and participation in on-call/weekend rotations to reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
