Lead revenue and sales operations as a GTM chief of staff: design and enforce sales processes, manage forecasting and territory modeling, analyze sales metrics, align revenue systems and CRM, collaborate with finance on commissions and reporting, and drive cross-functional GTM initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and growth.

Design, build, and own production ML and LLM-driven features (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search). Write maintainable code, create design docs, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with product/design, and participate in Agile development. Work with Python/Java/JavaScript, ML frameworks, and cloud/container technologies.

Own full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales within a central territory: prospect, build pipeline, land net-new and expansion deals, engage C-level stakeholders, craft solutions/business cases, collaborate with SDRs, Solutions, and Customer Success, and drive partner-led opportunities. Requires ~2530% travel.
