Own sales strategy and analytics planning, including ARR and pipeline targets, quota setting, territory design, headcount and capacity modeling, forecasting, dashboards, KPI reporting, and productivity analysis. Partner with GTM and Finance leaders to turn complex data into actionable recommendations, standardize metrics, improve data quality and automation, and develop AI-enabled tools. Mentor analysts and establish analytical rigor across the team.

Build and own commercial data models in Snowflake and dbt for ARR, bookings, pipeline, account scoring, ICP fit, upsell, and whitespace analysis. Establish semantic layers, governance, documentation, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and enterprise data teams to deliver trusted self-service analytics, improve data infrastructure, and develop AI-powered automation. This senior individual contributor will own the roadmap and mentor analysts on data modeling and dbt.

Own the technical architecture, configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and data integrity of Workday HCM and Payroll. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions, manage consultants, and lead HCM and Payroll projects through design, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Improve HR processes through automation, technology research, and industry insights while ensuring compliance and effective administration of sensitive employee data.
