Provides pre-sales technical leadership for IDIRA partner technologies, including demonstrations, solution architecture, enablement, documentation, sizing, SKU guidance, and client workshops. Advises sales, services, partners, and clients on identity security solutions across IAM, PAM, IGA, machine identity, cloud, and AI agent security. Supports solution validation, technology adoption, upsell opportunities, complex escalations, and ongoing partner certification and knowledge sharing.

Lead second-shift security operations for a global 24/7/365 team. Manage alert queues, SLAs, investigations, incident escalations, shift handoffs, and analyst workloads. Validate AI-assisted triage, coordinate feedback with Detection Engineering, SOAR Engineering, and Threat Hunting, and lead after-action reviews. Coach senior analysts, manage schedules, handle critical incidents, and partner with Client Success on client escalations and recurring security issues.

Serve as a trusted AI security advisor to clients: design pragmatic AI-focused security solutions, drive sales pipeline, qualify and scope opportunities, lead demonstrations and evaluations, partner with delivery teams, evangelize AI security thought leadership, and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver comprehensive AI security programs.
