Manage regional inspection operations, hire and oversee FTE and contract inspectors, ensure quality and SLA compliance, partner with sales and product teams, train and mentor staff, perform field inspections 1-2 days weekly, support OKR execution, and act as reserve inspector to address capacity gaps.

Manage and grow franchise customer accounts by coordinating internal and external teams, providing product expertise and technical support, monitoring performance, resolving issues, educating stakeholders, and coaching partners to improve marketplace outcomes. Travel ~15% and collaborate with outside sales to expand territory revenue.

Lead workforce planning and staffing modeling to support sales, operations, support, and inspection teams. Analyze capacity, identify inefficiencies, recommend process and staffing changes, build dashboards and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and operational SLAs.
