The Director will lead market activities, manage portfolio exposures, originate transactions, and provide strategic direction for the Power Markets & Origination team.

Leads electrical engineering for a utility-scale power generation fleet, managing technical staff and overseeing safety, reliability, compliance, maintenance, and optimization initiatives. Directs engineering, procurement, construction, design, testing, outage support, root cause analysis, budgeting, and equipment evaluations for power plant improvement projects. Provides technical guidance, develops standards, supports cross-functional initiatives, and advises senior management. The role is remote with up to 25% travel and occasional field work requiring PPE and physical activity.
