Owns Product Operations across Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include product usage analytics, dashboards, ARR and performance reporting, Pendo administration, data governance, roadmap ROI tracking, product revenue targets, feedback prioritization, GTM readiness, cross-functional processes, JIRA and GTM systems alignment, and client commitment tracking. The role serves as a strategic partner to Product leadership and builds the function’s processes and infrastructure from scratch.

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, lead success planning and business reviews, influence product and service roadmaps, and scale internal CS processes and tools to improve client outcomes and retention.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., owning regional revenue, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and team coaching. Drive new logo acquisition and expansion, engage in strategic deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company with executives and partners.
