Designs, develops, executes, and debugs manual and automated tests for enterprise cloud and web applications. Builds automation suites with Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks and integrates them into CI/CD pipelines. Tests APIs, web services, and service layers; documents defects, validates releases, and partners with developers and product owners throughout the SDLC. Applies AI-assisted testing, generative AI, and prompt engineering to improve test coverage, test data, and automation efficiency.

Manages strategic OneStream implementation engagements, including project planning, budgets, schedules, risks, scope, quality, and client communication. Acts as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts, coordinates internal teams and partners, supports sales opportunities, oversees implementation workstreams, and identifies expansion opportunities. Also contributes to staffing, recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, methodology leadership, and customer retention. The role requires extensive travel, primarily domestic with occasional international travel.

Leads multiple engineering teams responsible for platform, infrastructure, identity, observability, reliability, and foundational architecture. Sets technical strategy, roadmap, standards, and architectural direction while ensuring predictable delivery, security, quality, scalability, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, Security, CloudOps, and other leaders; develops engineering directors, managers, and senior technical staff; and drives talent strategy, modernization, developer productivity, and executive communication.
