Lead OneSpan’s global Solutions Engineering organization supporting cybersecurity sales. Build the global operating model, develop technical leadership, improve discovery and solution design, govern proofs of concept, increase technical win rates and deal velocity, and align presales with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Advise executive customers on identity, authentication, fraud prevention, application security, integrations, and deployment architectures while industrializing demos, technical evaluations, enablement, and reusable sales assets.

Own the GTM systems infrastructure and enablement operations, including Salesforce architecture, integrations, tool implementation, vendor relationships, support queues, onboarding, knowledge bases, and lead-to-cash process documentation. Resolve operational bottlenecks through process redesign, automation, and tooling changes while partnering with IT, Engineering, RevOps, and leadership on technical requirements and systems roadmaps.

Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting across target financial services and FinTech accounts. Research buying groups, personalize multichannel outreach, qualify business needs, and convert engagement into qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with Account Executives, Demand Generation, ABM, and Product Marketing to execute account strategies, maintain accurate CRM data, provide market feedback, and improve messaging and outreach based on engagement results.
