Design and productionize machine learning, deep learning, LLM, personalization, recommendation, search, and retrieval systems. Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deploy AI solutions that improve customer experiences, business growth, and operational efficiency. The role requires driving projects from ideation through deployment and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, expense management, variance analysis, financial reporting, and sophisticated modeling. Partners with business teams and senior leadership, including the CFO, to improve financial performance and support strategic planning. The role also drives finance process improvements, AI integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across corporate finance activities.
