On-site inside sales role making high-volume outbound calls to sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small businesses. You will prospect, set appointments, handle objections, and run a full sales cycle by month two while participating in daily coaching and call reviews. Manage a portfolio of 175–200 small business clients as their main contact, provide phone-based support (up to 30 outbound calls/day), monitor engagement, conduct monthly check-ins, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and drive client retention through tailored strategies and industry insights.
