Lead and support Workday HCM and related HR systems: troubleshoot, configure, manage integrations and EIB loads, build business processes, reports and dashboards, perform data reconciliations and testing, train users, mentor HRIS associates, and support module rollouts and upgrades.

Supervise a shift/section at an LTL service center to ensure safety, efficient loading/unloading, staffing, training, compliance (OSHA/DOT), and productivity. Use AS400/BLU/DYMS systems, conduct inspections and meetings, operate a forklift as needed, coordinate pickups/deliveries, manage paperwork, and support continuous improvement.

Supervise and train Accounts Payable staff, manage AP operations (including 1099s, unclaimed property, wire/ACH entry, voids/reversals), support month-end closings, reconciliations and bank reconciliations, implement process improvements and controls, monitor refunds/credits and payment fraud protections, and perform expense trend analysis and journal entries.
