Lead and optimize affiliate and influencer partnerships to acquire trading users in Southeast Asia. Develop and scale affiliate campaigns and networks, analyze user behavior and KPIs using analytics tools, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion and performance.

Owns OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversees complaints governance, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause remediation, executive reporting, and regulatory responses across jurisdictions. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Support, Product, Operations, Risk, and senior stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, address systemic issues, maintain controls, and track remediation through closure.
