Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable AWS-based data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines. Build reliable data infrastructure using Python, SQL, Airflow, Lambda, ECS, SQS, and Terraform. Establish data modeling, quality, lineage, monitoring, testing, and observability practices while partnering with analysts, scientists, and backend engineers. Mentor senior engineers, guide technical decisions, and provide hands-on leadership for complex data platform initiatives.

Provide Tier-1 client support for the Sky Road product suite: support and onboard trade workflows, templates, funds, permissions and application layouts; document workflows and permission models; escalate issues to development; coordinate with project managers for client onboarding and testing.
