Manage and grow mid- to high-producing Powersports dealerships via onsite visits, outreach, training, and strategic guidance to meet origination and engagement targets. Identify new dealer opportunities, represent the company at industry events, analyze performance metrics, deliver reports, and support platform implementations and marketing collateral distribution.

Lead development of auto loan pricing and origination analytics, build financial and risk models, create pricing strategies, partner with FP&A/Treasury/Risk, present to senior leadership, mentor team members, and apply AI for data analysis.

The Senior Software Engineer will design high-performance systems, build features using Python and Django, mentor junior talent, and ensure system reliability through automated testing.
