Lead implementation of software safety programs for underwater robotic/autonomous vehicles per MIL-STD-882. Produce safety plans and assessments, perform hazard analyses, track coverage metrics, catalog safety artifacts, review software independently, and present findings at reviews and customer meetings. Coordinate across programs and support demanding schedules with occasional travel.

Perform RAM and FMECA/FMEA analyses, develop fault trees and reliability predictions, support maintainability and logistics analyses, produce reliability growth test plans, contribute to systems engineering documentation, advise design engineers on R&M shortfalls, and present results to management and clients.

Serve as the DevOps interface between OTECH software teams and corporate DevOps tools. Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, access controls, and developer tooling. Define, analyze, validate, and manage software requirements for DoD subsea robotic systems. Develop traceability, ICDs, data models, and verification plans using RM tools. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on architecture, interfaces, V&V, cybersecurity, and configuration management; support technical reviews and customer communication.

Lead systems engineering activities: develop CONOPS, requirements/specifications, ICDs, hazard analyses, test plans; apply MBSE/SysML and SEDB tools; guide design teams, produce reports, and interface with clients. Some travel required.

Senior-level machinist performing independent shipboard mechanical repair and overhaul, setup and alignment of portable machining tools, precision measurement, blueprint interpretation, documentation, safety compliance, mentoring junior personnel, and frequent travel and overtime as required.

Perform semi-independent repair, installation, testing, and overhaul of shipboard mechanical systems using portable machining tools and precision instruments. Interpret blueprints, complete documentation, maintain NAVSEA standards and safety practices, assist senior machinists, and travel to worksites for extended assignments.

Lead Integrated Product Support (IPS) functions to ensure lifecycle sustainment and readiness of subsea/maritime systems. Manage multidisciplinary IPS and engineering teams, develop product support strategies and logistics plans (SEMP, CMP, ILSP, FMECA, RM&A), assess risks, support proposals, and deliver IPS products while interfacing with program and customer stakeholders.

Lead cyber systems engineering for underwater systems: evaluate and implement cybersecurity requirements, characterize attack surfaces, design system-level security architecture and countermeasures, advise on RMF/NIST compliance, support testing and audits, prepare reports, and coordinate cross-discipline cyber activities.

Design, develop, test, and analyze thermal protection systems, textiles, and mechanical/electromechanical hardware for launch and flight vehicles. Create CAD models, manufacturing drawings, test fixtures, and requirement/verification documentation. Perform stress/thermal/fluid analysis, tolerance/GD&T assessments, risk mitigation, and present designs to stakeholders while supporting cross-functional teams for NASA, military, and commercial aerospace programs.
