Lead marketing finance for Nutrafol's .COM and Amazon channels. Own revenue and marketing forecasting, drive scenario planning and investment prioritization, partner with CMO and SVP on strategic insights, build and manage a high-performing finance team, and improve planning tools and AI-enabled workflows to support DTC and e-commerce decision making.

Serve as the D365 F&O Product Owner and SME to run BAU operations, drive the product roadmap, plan Phase 2+ implementations across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, translate stakeholder requirements into D365 solutions, manage vendors and change management, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

Support month-end and year-end close for operating expenses, prepare and review journal entries, manage accruals/prepaids/fixed-asset reconciliations, perform balance sheet and P&L flux analysis, categorize bank transactions, assist accounts payable and vendor inquiries, and provide audit support and ad-hoc reporting.

Manage Amazon channel financials including month-end close, reconciliations, forecasting, P&L and balance sheet flux analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, Tableau/QuickBooks/MS Dynamics data analysis, bank reconciliations, cost tracking, AP support, and ad hoc reporting to guide executive decision-making.
