Teams at Numeral

Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and accounting subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Translate practitioner workflows into product requirements, represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning, support enterprise and strategic sales cycles, identify market opportunities, and build credibility in new verticals. Advise strategic partners and prospects, participate in industry events and public speaking, and contribute to broader cross-functional initiatives.

Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Build partnerships from scratch, negotiate agreements, develop joint business plans, drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and integrations, and report on partnership performance. Engage executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and contribute to channel strategy. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic partnership development, operational rigor, and travel for partner meetings and industry events.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO partners. Recruit and onboard new partners, deliver enablement through trainings and playbooks, track referrals in Salesforce and PRM systems, support co-marketing initiatives, nurture relationships, escalate opportunities, and report channel health metrics. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, pipeline management, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with travel for partner events and conferences.
