Leads the development and implementation of a standardized enterprise sales process and CRM platform across four business units. Translates sales requirements into CRM capabilities, partners with IT on system selection, and manages rollout, training, adoption, and continuous improvement. Oversees corporate commercial processes including value capture, white-space analysis, pipeline management, sales plays, and collateral. Influences senior leaders and drives revenue growth through analytics, forecasting, sales effectiveness, and revenue operations.

Leads supply chain planning technology and a team of two while designing and delivering an Integrated Business Planning capability. Oversees SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, Kinaxis, enterprise integrations, planning architecture, data foundations, and S/4HANA planning strategy. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, coordinates cross-functional teams and implementation partners, improves planning-to-execution integration, and develops internal technology capabilities across manufacturing and supply chain environments.

Analyzes procurement spend, total cost of ownership, forecasts, sourcing events, supplier proposals, savings, contracts, and supplier performance. Builds dashboards and reporting using ERP, Coupa, Power BI, Excel, and related tools. Supports AOP planning, procurement governance, capital project purchasing, risk monitoring, data quality, compliance, and process improvement while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Engineering, and plant leadership.
