Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications (Electron) and Go microservices for torque monitoring, logging, and QA. Integrate industrial protocols (Modbus TCP, Siemens S7, MQTT), implement REST/WebSocket APIs, deploy containerized Linux services with Docker, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Participate in a formal IRATA- or SPRAT-accredited rope access training program and hands-on workshops. Under supervision, learn rigging, ascending/descending, rescue, equipment inspection, and safe rope access work. Assist experienced technicians with setup, inspections, and ground support; comply with safety policies, maintain records and MVR, and be available for out-of-town assignments.

Implement and support Zscaler Zero Trust and enterprise network/security solutions across NOV's global environment. Deploy and configure ZIA/ZPA, firewalls, VPNs, routing (BGP/OSPF), VLANs and cloud integrations; provide Tier-2+ troubleshooting, POC/pilot validation, performance tuning, documentation, training, and customer-facing implementation services while contributing to process improvements and product feedback.
