Leads and develops a team of 6–8 recruiters supporting technical and corporate hiring. Designs talent acquisition strategies, improves recruiting processes, uses metrics to drive performance, partners with senior leaders and stakeholders, and oversees recruiting initiatives, hiring events, interview days, and workforce growth programs.

Leads enterprise commercial off-the-shelf tool implementations for Contracts Management, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, pilots, integrations, deployment, training, change management, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and transition to operations. Partners across CIDO, business functions, sectors, architects, and system owners to drive adoption and value realization.

Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for medium- to large-scale initiatives involving people, processes, and technology. Assess impacts, readiness, stakeholders, risks, and resistance; integrate change activities into project plans; coordinate communications and training; coach project teams; define success metrics; and monitor adoption and performance. The role partners with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, to support transformation and operational improvement.
