Lead design, analysis, test, and qualification of liquid and fluid-thermal propulsion systems for missile applications. Provide technical leadership to suppliers, develop and execute test and verification plans, build and maintain performance and thermal models, support flight and ground operations, manage risk and integration, and communicate technical recommendations to management and customers.

Lead supply chain strategy and execution for one or multiple programs. Accountable for material planning, procurement, supplier performance, risk mitigation, forecasting, cost and schedule performance, earned value management, and executive reporting. Oversee proposal evaluation, subcontract negotiation, and integration of subcontractor financials into program plans.

Senior individual contributor who serves as the sourcing organizations compliance liaison, leads a procurement peer-review Center of Excellence, reviews high-risk PO packages, develops guidance and training, and partners cross-functionally to keep procurement audit-ready and aligned with FAR/DFARS and other regulatory requirements.
