Leads the architecture and implementation of software-defined infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, automation, Python, Ansible, Terraform, containers, and Kubernetes. Develops infrastructure tooling, migrates legacy environments, manages cloud and virtualized platforms, integrates CI/CD and observability, and establishes automation standards. Collaborates across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams, supports mission-critical systems, participates in Agile practices, and mentors junior engineers. The role is remote with proximity to a Northrop Grumman site preferred.

Design and operationalize enterprise AI governance capabilities across the AI lifecycle. Translate policies, privacy, security, risk, and compliance requirements into technical controls, guardrails, automated workflows, monitoring, observability, and audit evidence. Develop AI use-case registration, classification, taxonomy, risk assessment, and shadow-AI management capabilities. Partner with Privacy, Legal, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Architecture teams to implement responsible, secure, and compliant AI systems.

Leads development, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and sustainment of enterprise ERP capabilities supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations. Collaborates with business users, technical teams, and project leaders to define requirements, optimize processes, troubleshoot interfaces, document solutions, support SAP configuration, and deliver integration projects involving SAP, iMRO, MES, and Plant Maintenance systems.

Provides executive administrative support to a Vice President and special programs team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel planning, expense reporting, catering and office supply coordination, meeting notes and action tracking, and support for multiple leaders. The role requires strong communication, organization, discretion, judgment, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with executives, customers, government representatives, and internal teams.

Administer the enterprise Procore platform, including configuration, governance, licensing, integrations, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and user support. Lead standards, rollouts, training, change management, and process improvements across construction and facilities teams. Develop Power BI and DAX analytics, support SAP S/4HANA integrations, manage vendors, assess platform enhancements, and advise leadership on roadmap, risks, compliance, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role is fully telecommuting with travel of up to 25%.

Supports SAP S/4 Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain operations by configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining ERP changes. The role balances production support with project work, including requirements, testing, security design, documentation, change management, deployment, and go-live activities. It investigates system issues, validates SAP data, collaborates with business and technical teams, supports compliance and continuous improvement, and applies Ariba and MDG knowledge.
