The Solutions Engineer delivers product presentations, provides technical guidance, analyzes technical problems, collaborates on new features, and maintains product expertise.

Provide frontline technical and account support for PayTrace clients: troubleshoot hardware/software, log tickets, escalate urgent issues, maintain documentation and self-help resources, deliver product training/demos, and relay merchant feedback to internal teams.

The Marketing Specialist will manage marketing projects, collaborate with vendors, update marketing materials, and monitor email campaigns while contributing to team meetings and achieving goals in a remote setting.
