Partner with Sales to connect conversational AI, analytics, digital engagement, and cloud technologies to customer business outcomes. Track competitors, prototype solutions, advise clients, and upskill internal teams. The role requires extensive solutions engineering, consulting, contact center, enterprise SaaS, JavaScript, API integration, and conversational AI experience.

Manages strategic partner relationships across system integrators, resellers, delivery partners, and alliances. Drives joint business opportunities, partner enablement, pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and go-to-market planning. Collaborates with field sales, marketing, legal, sales engineering, and customer success teams to improve sales efficiency and resolve partner issues. Supports AWS Marketplace opportunities and engages executives, government leaders, architects, and clients. Requires extensive technology and channel sales experience.

Leads customer consulting engagements focused on CX and contact center transformation, AI-powered quality management, analytics adoption, business case development, and measurable ROI. Advises senior stakeholders, designs change strategies, manages multi-product programs, guides cross-functional teams, develops value realization plans, and delivers strategic recommendations. The role also includes financial and benefits analysis, ROI modeling, customer relationship management, and identifying repeat business opportunities.
