Supports the Project Manager with nationwide network and technology infrastructure deployments. Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, updating centralized repositories, manipulating and uploading spreadsheets, submitting webforms, quality-assuring data, recording meeting minutes, coordinating with vendors and departments, and preparing metrics and reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, time management, and flexibility to support project deadlines.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for enterprise brands across major social platforms. Collaborates with brand, medical affairs, paid media, analytics, creative, IT, and agency teams; guides content through pharmaceutical MLR and FDA compliance reviews; analyzes audience and channel performance; creates leadership reporting; and maintains social media best practices and strategy playbooks.

Own end-to-end UX and visual design for enterprise search experiences, including user flows, interaction patterns, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. Contribute search components and guidelines to shared design systems, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure usability, feasibility, and design integrity across digital platforms. The role requires expertise in UX, information architecture, visual design, enterprise design systems, and implementation collaboration.
