Source, vet, and build project-ready talent pipelines, evaluate technical work samples and portfolios, and advise delivery and business development leaders on staffing aligned to client programs. Partner with consulting leadership to recruit senior, niche, and technical candidates and ensure consulting competencies and domain fit.

Audit, configure, and optimize Adobe Workfront architecture to support brand, content, and campaign workflows. Design intake queues, reusable templates, RACI/task ownership, and Workfront Fusion/Jira automations. Prototype and implement Claude/AI enhancements, author SOPs and governance, and provide enablement to stakeholders to drive adoption and scalable operations.

Manage enterprise customer accounts to retain and grow revenue through upsells, renewals, and demand generation. Qualify opportunities, run outreach and meetings, update CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and monthly sales goals. Provide timely customer responses and cultivate executive-level relationships to expand strategic solution adoption.
