Performs manual and applicable automated testing for web and desktop applications. Writes test plans and cases, executes regression testing, documents defects, validates integrations and client workflows, and collaborates with developers, project managers, and stakeholders. The role also communicates testing status, confirms fixes, trains end users, and learns client operations, with monthly client-site visits required.

Lead client cybersecurity compliance, governance, risk management, audit readiness, and vCISO advisory services. Conduct assessments, manage remediation, oversee third-party risk and compliance monitoring, and provide executive-level reporting across multiple security frameworks. Partner with security operations on incident response and vulnerability management, support business continuity, guide AI governance, oversee service delivery, and coach security and compliance staff.

Manages full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple operating companies, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, audits, and GAAP compliance. Leads and develops the accounting team, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, improves processes, and supports adoption of accounting software and tools. The role requires strong financial reporting expertise, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
