Supports investment consulting teams across manager searches, asset allocation studies, performance monitoring, client reporting, meeting materials, special projects, and investment manager due diligence. Collaborates with performance reporting, research, and operations teams while working directly with client relationships. Requires two to four years of investment experience, strong Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills, organizational ability, communication skills, and a college degree.

Manage onboarding and transition activities for OCIO clients, including account setup, investment manager and custodian coordination, documentation review, AML/KYC validation, recordkeeping, and issue escalation. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, serves as a client and consulting-team contact, improves onboarding workflows, and contributes to special projects that increase scalability and efficiency.
