Teams at Neo4j

Own global tax compliance, planning, and treasury operations for a high-growth software company. Responsibilities include tax provisions, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, audits, cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, foreign exchange exposure, intercompany funding, liquidity forecasting, controls, and process improvements. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors while building scalable, audit-ready processes across international entities.

Owns IBM partner enablement for Neo4j by structuring and adapting sales and technical collateral, developing curricula, and delivering training, workshops, and partner sessions. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and partner management teams to align enablement with revenue priorities. Tracks training completion, engagement, satisfaction, readiness, coverage, and joint pipeline impact while managing multiple content workstreams and stakeholders.

Partner with Sales as a technical advisor to articulate Neo4j's value, run evaluations, demos, proof-of-value, and architect solutions. Qualify opportunities, integrate Neo4j in cloud or on-prem architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive revenue attainment, and represent Neo4j at events and customer workshops.
