Manages high-volume and complex project invoicing, unbilled balances, accounts receivable tracking, collections, forecasting, and billing compliance. Partners with Project Managers and Finance leaders to resolve project accounting issues, improve profitability, support project reviews, train managers on billing procedures, and maintain accurate client invoices. Uses Deltek Vantagepoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Office while providing general accounting and financial process support.

Manages project accounting, contract administration, high-volume and complex invoicing, collections, forecasting, unbilled balances, and accounts receivable support. Mentors Project Accountants and trains Project Managers on billing processes, project setup, and contract compliance. Resolves complex billing issues, supports project reviews and forecasting, and partners with Finance Leaders and Project Managers to improve project profitability and financial outcomes.

Leads electrical engineering design for moderate to large facility and infrastructure projects. Develops and reviews electrical designs, specifications, calculations, studies, and reports; ensures code compliance; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; leads junior staff; interfaces with clients; supports proposals, workload forecasting, construction administration, and site observations. Requires extensive facility and industrial electrical design experience, medium-voltage expertise, PE licensure, and power system analysis proficiency.
