Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and hands-on design for a complex government-funding platform. Build the design system, component library, style guide, accessibility and responsive standards, personas, user journeys, and prototyping practice. Redesign workflows to reduce friction, conduct user research, use analytics to measure outcomes, and influence product, engineering, QA, and leadership without direct reports.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, roadmap, discovery, launch, and iteration for SaaS platform capabilities, especially financial workflows and scalability. Partners with engineering, leadership, customers, sales, marketing, and customer success to prioritize initiatives, improve adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure performance, compliance, and customer value. Uses product analytics, market research, and AI tools to guide decisions and identify opportunities.

Lead Contract Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, government and partner agreements; manage contract lifecycle, advise Sales/Product/Security, support public-sector solicitations, and contribute to templates, playbooks, and compliance efforts.
