Drive adoption of AI and cloud solutions by generating opportunities, engaging enterprise stakeholders, developing consultative sales strategies, demonstrating solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Build long-term client relationships, meet revenue targets, collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, and monitor market and competitive trends.

Owns Nebius’s AI infrastructure ecosystem strategy across agentic systems, managed inference, IaaS, and data platforms. The role identifies and engages strategic AI companies, founders, investors, and partnership targets; prototypes technically sound integrations; develops reference architectures and proofs of concept; and translates ecosystem insights into product capabilities, partnership, acquisition, and investment decisions. The director also helps scale solutions with partners and field teams while serving as the external ecosystem voice in platform planning.

Lead design and scaling of the end-to-end deal lifecycle from initiation to customer activation. Define policies, governance, and approval frameworks; remove friction across quoting, contracting, approvals, and billing setup; embed controls in CPQ/CRM/contract tools; partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering and Product; standardize complex deal handling; build playbooks and track cycle time, bottlenecks, and activation accuracy.
