Lead sales and marketing for a senior living community by developing occupancy strategies, generating and managing leads, conducting tours and presentations, building referral networks, coordinating events, monitoring budgets and competition, and closing prospective resident admissions. The role also tracks census and sales activity, maintains move-in records, supports assessments, and collaborates with community leadership to meet occupancy goals.

Oversee delivery of resident care in assisted living and memory care, chair quality improvement and infection-control activities, ensure medication management and regulatory compliance, complete resident assessments and care plans, provide clinical direction to staff, and provide direct resident care as needed.
