Investigate and manage multi-state workers' compensation claims—determine compensability, benefits, reserves, and settlements; coordinate medical care, litigation, subrogation, and Medicare reporting; communicate with policyholders, injured workers, providers, and counsel; use claims systems and best practices to resolve claims and deliver exceptional customer service.
