Teams at National University

Provide academic and financial advising to online students via calls, email, text, and chat. Monitor degree plans, financial aid, and SAP; identify at-risk students; recommend actions for balances; escalate and document student interactions; participate in team meetings and projects.

Lead FP&A support for the AVP by delivering KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, ROI and scenario analyses. Partner with enrollment, marketing, academic and operational leaders to build financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations (Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI). Drive margin improvement, resource optimization, grant financial planning, and continuous process improvement to support strategic decision-making and institutional financial sustainability.

Lead CRO and experimentation strategy for National University's web and digital experiences. Own roadmap, run A/B/multivariate tests, prioritize hypotheses, measure KPIs, enable personalization, partner with cross-functional teams, and communicate results to senior leadership to drive inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion.
