Leads strategy, roadmaps, architecture, and end-to-end delivery for complex clinical and genomic software products. Partners with commercial, engineering, R&D, clinical, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to translate scientific and technical needs into scalable solutions. Owns product backlogs, Agile execution, user validation, risk mitigation, and compliance with FDA design controls, IEC 62304, and HIPAA. Drives consensus through influence, mentors product managers, and applies generative AI to improve product discovery and delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services to support operations for genetic lab tests. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, build sustainable applications, improve development processes, handle PHI under HIPAA training, and pass background checks.

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs in product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder alignment, while driving execution of associated projects and managing risks.
