The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic and hands-on employee relations support, managing investigations, risk, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent development, workforce planning, and recruiting partnerships. Partners with Finance executives, governs an offshore managed service provider, leads consolidation and intercompany solutions, and supports project and lease accounting. The role requires deep Oracle Fusion expertise, finance and accounting knowledge, SOX compliance experience, executive communication, integration leadership, and AI-enabled process transformation.

Leads architecture and hands-on development of scalable data pipelines, governed data models, semantic layers, analytics products, and AI workflows. Writes production SQL and Python, establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, and drives design reviews. Builds agentic and LLM solutions using retrieval and managed AI services while ensuring data quality, observability, reliability, privacy, and regulatory compliance for PHI and genomic data. Partners with stakeholders, platform teams, and governance forums to deliver trustworthy business solutions.

Leads the design, development, maintenance, and technical direction of Java and Spring Boot backend microservices supporting commercial order processing. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, software lifecycle ownership, quality initiatives, QA support, and building highly available systems using AWS, Kafka, GraphQL, databases, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
