Supervise daily production shift to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. Schedule and assign team members, verify jobs in Oracle/WMS/LMS, coach and develop staff, hire and manage performance, inspect materials and perform quality checks, collaborate with maintenance to resolve downtime, complete shift reports, and drive safety and GMP/food safety compliance on 12-hour rotating shifts.
