Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers across a US region to drive account growth, execute strategic account plans (with focus on MyRisk and Prolaris AI), align cross-functional resources, achieve sales and profitability targets, mentor the team, and report performance and action plans to senior leadership.

Lead Myriad's long-range strategic planning and 5-year roadmap processes, driving cross-functional alignment, portfolio evaluation, and decision governance. Develop executive-ready materials, translate financials into recommendations, and facilitate enterprise future-visioning around genomic testing, precision medicine, and AI-enabled diagnostics. Establish governance, templates, dashboards, and processes to ensure progress and executive alignment.

Lead and coordinate EMR/integration implementations for large health systems. Manage project plans, status reporting, stakeholder communication, end-user training, and feedback to improve processes and the integration product roadmap.
