Develops and validates CNC machining processes, programs, tooling, fixtures, automation, and peripheral systems for customer projects. Installs and qualifies equipment, performs acceptance runoffs, troubleshoots machining and loader-program issues, and trains customer operators. Collaborates with proposal, engineering, and project management teams to meet quality, cycle-time, and schedule requirements. The position requires up to 75% domestic and international travel, including customer installations and specialized training.

Develops software applications controlling automated material handling equipment for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments. Performs software and hardware emulator testing, creates training materials, installs and integrates systems at customer sites, trains operators, and provides rotational after-hours support. The role requires application development experience in Windows environments, programming knowledge, database familiarity, troubleshooting skills, and 25–40% domestic and international travel.

Develops technical, solution-based proposals and engineered machine quote packages for CNC turning systems. Reviews RFPs, technical drawings, manufacturing prints, GD&T, solid models, process flows, and cycle-time studies to design machine-cell solutions. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, sales, proposal engineering, and internal teams, prepares documentation, presents proposals, and meets firm deadlines. The role includes up to 20% domestic and international travel.
