Leads the healthcare organization’s workplace violence prevention and employee harm reduction program. Develops compliant policies, plans, tools, KPIs, and reporting processes; investigates incidents and analyzes injury trends and root causes. Collaborates with security, HR, risk management, nursing, clinical leaders, committees, and frontline staff to implement corrective actions, mitigate workplace hazards, and promote employee, patient, and visitor safety.

Coordinates patient referrals between providers and health plans by managing administrative requirements, interpreting insurance benefits and medical guidelines, and ensuring efficient access to care. Provides guidance on referral and managed care requirements, applies professional judgment, and communicates with patients, providers, and health plans. Requires two years of medical or insurance experience; CPT and ICD coding knowledge is preferred.

Provides IT implementation, optimization, and application support for healthcare systems. Leads application and process improvement initiatives, supports incidents through data gathering, resolves complex Tier 2 vendor and application issues, completes advanced application builds and fixes, and applies expertise across at least two Epic modules.
