Owns Bond Management workflow modernization using Appian in a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include process discovery, workflow configuration, backlog ownership, user story and acceptance criteria development, stakeholder facilitation, testing, release validation, KPI reporting, and post-release optimization. The role partners across business, operations, technology, risk, and product teams while applying AI-assisted tools and Appian best practices to deliver scalable, governed digital workflows.
